Stumps Gone, Lawn Ready
Old stumps are trip hazards, mower breakers and termite magnets — and many species will keep sprouting for years. Our self-propelled grinders fit through a standard 36-inch gate and grind stumps of any size 6 to 10 inches below the surface.
After grinding we chase visible surface roots, rake the chips back into the hole or haul them away, and leave the spot ready for topsoil and seed.

Stumps are ground 6 – 10 inches below the soil so you can plant grass, beds or pavers.
Visible roots running out from the stump are ground down at the same time.
Compact grinders fit through 36-inch gates and use turf tires to protect your lawn.
We leave the chips as mulch or rake and haul them away — just let us know.

Yes, our minimum trip charge is $95, which covers one small stump. Each additional stump on the same visit is discounted.
Chips are raked back into the hole by default. Full haul-off and topsoil fill are available starting at $45 per stump.
We call SC 811 to have public utilities marked before grinding. Please point out private lines such as irrigation, lighting or dog fences.
Grinding below grade removes the growing point, so most species will not resprout. A few aggressive sprouters may send up shoots that are easy to mow off.
